Victor Erokhin

Victor is Research Director at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, Institute of Materials for Electronics and Magnetism (CNR-IMEM) in Parma, Italy. He holds an M.Sc. in physics and engineering and a Ph.D. in physical and mathematical sciences.

His research focuses on neuromorphic systems, organic memristive devices and synapse-like adaptive hardware. He has authored or co-authored more than 200 scientific publications indexed in Web of Science and Scopus.

Max Talanov

Neural modeling and neurorehabilitation

Max is a leading researcher in spiking neural networks, neuromorphic computing and neurosimulations, ranked among the top 10% of Serbian scientists. He has authored more than 70 publications, holds two international patents and two registered software technologies.

His work advances translational neuromorphic systems, including memristive neural networks and neuroprostheses for spinal cord injury.

Oleg leads business development, product strategy, clinical partnership development and technology commercialization. He connects the research roadmap with cloud product execution, pilots and go-to-market work.

He brings experience building global startups and designing high-load technology architectures across innovative industries, including artificial intelligence, EdTech and blockchain.
